Kgaogelo Mashilo
Cow Mash is the artist name for Kgaogelo Mashilo, born in Pietersburg on the 30th of October 1994. She moved to Pretoria in the year 2000, where she is currently based. She is currently a fulltime M-Tech student at Tshwane University of Technology, studying Fine and Applied arts majoring in Sculpture.
In 2015 Cow was a finalist in the PPC imaginarium. In 2016 her Marquette was selected for the NHP/TUT/NPC mentorship project, a life size figure of her work now stands in Groenkloef Nature reserve part of the National Heritage Foundation. In 2017 Cow worked along side Paballo Majela and Zelda Stroud in sculpting the O.R Tambo 2.5meter figure which now stands at the O.R Tambo international airport.
